You could eat every single meal at a restaurant for the rest of your life in this town, but sometimes, nothing beats a simple and cheap homemade dinner. In this workshop, Matt Clarke leads a field trip to the neighborhood corner store to share his secrets on what to buy for a tasty and healthy diet. In the second half of this class, you’ll use Matt’s own private recipes to create an exquisite four-course meal from canned or packaged foods procured from the corner store. When not serving scoops of Secret Breakfast at Humphrey Slocombe, Matt can be found constructing delicious food as Deputy Chef at Radish.
